Our newest addition, an Inferred Sauna,

The Inferred Sauna, with its state-of-the-art technology and soothing ambiance, provides a unique opportunity to unwind and detoxify the body. Guests can enjoy the benefits of improved circulation, stress relief, and overall well-being in this luxurious oasis within our gym facilities.

COLD ROOM
Routinely exposing yourself to cooler temperatures several times weekly for only 1-3 minutes can improve your overall health:

Tanning:
• 3 Tanning beds available 24/7 exclusively for members
o Solar Storm commercial tanning bed- 15-minute session
o (2) Solar Storm commercial vertical tanning bed- 15-minute session
*Tanning bed are brand new, use extreme caution. Must be 18 to tan or have a parent signature.
FITNESS CLASSES
Fitness Classes:
We are excited to announce we will offer a full schedule of fitness classes with a variety of instructors, listed below. All personal trainers are certified or taking certification classes. They are also first aid, CPR, & AED certified.
